Industrial Radio Frequency (RF) Theorems In Testing

About This Course

This course provides an overview of the typical RF theorems that are being used as a rule of thumb for the test industry. The course will cover the key components of RF and how tests are implemented on testers. It will also cover the key blocks of typical RF products (PLL, ADC, and mixer). An introduction of mix signals will also be included in this course.

Learning Objectives

Successful students will be able to:

  • Understand what is RF and its fundamentals
  • Know what the standard test parameters that the industry measures.
  • Understand RF test concepts, methodologies and theorems
  • Understand the different types of RF modulation
  • Get first-hand experience on RF testing on an ATE tester
  • Understand the fundamental of mix signal
