About This Program
The course is organized around the DMAIC model, a systematic method for analyzing and improving business performance. The participants will be taught on how to apply the relevant Lean Six Sigma tools within each phase of the DMIAC business improvement model.
The phases of DMAIC are:
- Define opportunities
- Measure current performance
- Analyze high impact opportunities
- Improve performance
- Control performance
The tools and concepts in this course are explained using real world examples. Minitab, a statistical analysis software program, is used throughout the course. The participants will get hands-on experience on how to perform statistical data analysis and decision making using the statistical software.
