The Penang Chip Design Academy (PCDA) aims to accelerate the growth of the IC Design sector inline with the National Semiconductor Strategy (NSS).
Led by Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC), in collaboration with key industry players, Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tool providers, academia, and InvestPenang, Penang Chip Design Academy (PCDA) focuses on developing talents in the key areas of IC Design. PCDA will equip talents with the appropriate skills through upskilling and reskilling programs coupled with hands-on-experiences. These initiatives will complement the learnings from the Higher Learning Institutions while meeting the IC Design Industry needs.
