Responsibilities
- To ensure quality of incoming and outgoing stock is conform to customers’ requirement and enhance customer satisfaction
- To ensure quality assurance activity of incoming and outgoing stock is carried out
- To conduct appropriate checking on product’s quality
- To ensure subordinate has proper knowledge to carry out QC activities
- To maintain documents for QC activities and ensure traceability of relevant documents
- Review equipment calibration, validation and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and one time. (Internal and External Calibration Tools monitoring)
- Assist with the development of required procedures and processes related the Quality Management System
- Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department
- Participate in process improvement teams and/or completes relative documentation when required
- To undertake ad hoc and special assignment assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or experience in relevant field
- Proficient in computer skill and able to work independently
- Thorough knowledge and use of Micrometers, Calipers, Thread & Pin Gauges, Surface Plates and Height Gauges
- Experience with CMM machine
