Responsibilities
- Monitor production operation
- Maintain in-line inspection and rework quality
- Research and follow-up on production improvement projects
- Compile and update production operator name list and monthly attendance
- Perform stock count monthly
- Assist QA side on production finding for any quality issues
- Ensure production runs smoothly
- Perform investigation on production issues and root cause
- Monitor and record all processes’ cycle time
- Follow up and record daily tooling issues
- Participate in ITW toolbox activities
- Accept other duties assigned by the immediate superior and above from time to time

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science, Polymer Technology, Material Science or its equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in plastic industry
- Familiar with SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA and other QC tools
- Knowledge in ISO system
- Familiar with statistical process control methods is an added advantage
- Good analytical skills and work independently under minimum supervision
- Good communication skills and able to interact well with all levels of employee
