Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers for the integration, implementation and troubleshooting of DF Automation & Robotics products.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements, offering tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of the company's automation technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, either remotely or on-site, minimizing disruptions to customer operations.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Advanced Engineering, Customer Service, and R&D teams, providing field insights for new product development and improvements.
• Offer in-house engineering and labor support for product development and production.
• Execute technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Candidates possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering,
• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be advantageous
• Required skill (s): Solidworks, Microsoft Office, Google Drive & tools, and project management tools
• Experience with Robotics programming environments and systems
• “Safety First '' mindset with understanding of industry standards & practices and being able to comply with those standards during the execution of the projects
