Responsibilities
• Prepare CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and ensure the accuracy of instructions by comparing them with technical drawings and designs.
• Analyze drawings to determine the best machining processes and tooling requirements for precision manufacturing.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to ensure smooth production flow.
• Utilize common measuring equipment to inspect fabrication parts during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform inspections and ensure the quality of fabricated parts throughout the production process.
• Carry out additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in precision engineering.
• Hands-on experience as a Machinist is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with SolidCAM/NX UG software is a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve machining issues to ensure high-quality production.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
