Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMMs to perform dimensional inspections of complex and tight tolerance components.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections of parts.
• Analyze measurement data and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report non-conformances.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programming.
• Experience with Zeiss CMM.
• Strong background in GD&T and ability to read and understand machining drawings.
• Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools (micrometres, calipers, comparators, etc.).
