Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice to customers before sales, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our ventilation systems.
- Ventilation Fan Systems Oversight: Take full responsibility for the technical aspects of our ventilation fan systems, including the motor with inverter, ensuring smooth installation and operation.
- Training & Education: Educate customers, dealers, and partners on the correct installation, usage, and maintenance of ventilation systems. This includes hands-on training and troubleshooting when needed.
- On-Site Farm Support: Offer on-site support and technical guidance to modern farms, ensuring optimal performance of our systems, dealing with on-site quality problems, and completing related reports.
- Environmental Controller Expertise: Learn and troubleshoot environmental controllers used in farm climate control systems, teaching customers how to optimize their usage.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team during the sales process to provide technical insights and ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience with farm climate control systems and ventilation systems is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on-site
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach technical concepts to
- non-technical customers
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (domestically and
- internationally)
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese
