Responsibilities

• Manage operation of the delivery & productivity activities of the department and the achievement of the purpose / goal.
• Monitor and implement PDCA for orders, sales and QDC improvements.
• Implement ETD and quality control and improvement for all in-house parts.
• Prepare work instruction/operational manual for machine process.
• Together with Engineering to develop new product for machine process.
• To maintain and manage the section's standardization.
• Experience in Sodic High-Speed Machine Center will be an advantage.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Able to lead and manage a group of Leader/Machinist, good in team management skill, work independently, self - initiative and self - motivate, good personality and reliable personal
