Responsibilities

  • Acquire deep product knowledge on Smart solutions & wiring devices
  • Promote list of Unique Selling Point (USP) for company systems (Residential and commercial)
  • Promote Company Product line through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through events and networking sessions
  • Responsible for preparing concept proposals, & specifications
  • Develop a clear understanding of Company Product line and provide training (internal and external) when required
  • Promote the selling points of Company Product lines
  • Understand the profile and buying needs of Developers,ID company, Engineering Companies and Contractors and expand company support of business
  • Prospect new Developers, Engineering Companies and Contractors, conducting cold-calls and sales visits pipelines
  • Promote Comapny Product line through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through B2B events and networking sessions
  • Prepare Sales Forecasts Plans (Target vs Actual), etc. to the Manager ensuring sales targets are met
  • Responsible for preparing concept proposal, specifications, quotations and generating sales turnover according to targets
  • Be a trusted partner and support to Developers, ID company, Engineering Companies and Contractors by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including basic technical support
  • Work closely with the Logistics Team, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct weekly sales visits to Developers, ID company, Engineering Companies and Contractors and provide weekly sales visit report to the Manager
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments as provided by Finance
  • Provide weekly sales visit reports
  • Provide any general reports/support as and when required 
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable University or College
  • At least 4 years’ experience in field of Low voltage Electrical Power Distribution or at least 4 years combined experience in Sales, Marketing, and business development
  • Thorough knowledge in power utility, industry system, commercial and building market
  • Working experience in Multicultural environment & Conducting Training & Presentation
  • Excellent Market knowledge including solid Knowledge on Competitor products.
  • Remarkable people skills, strong sales personality, driving personality with strong communication skills
  • Target driven with high customer focus
