Responsibilities

• Calculate manpower requirements based on standard time to meet production schedules
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards
• Monitor production processes, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve any production issues or technical problems promptly and effectively.
• Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to coordinate production activities and address any operational challenges
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and downtime.
• Prepare and present report on production performance, issues. and improvements to manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least degree/diploma Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ working experiences in production supervisor role, preferably in Stainless steel and Aluminum fabrication, or in similar manufacturing field;
• Able to communicate in Malay, English & Mandarin
• Candidate able to work at Bertam, Kepala Batas.
