Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production flow and meet production targets.
• Identify and resolve issues with machinery, equipment, or production processes to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Address any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Manage and supervise a group of operators in a cell manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SKM Level 3 or Diploma in engineering field
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing field.
• Familiar with polymer environment is an added advantage.
• Average written and spoken skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Able to work shift duties
