Responsibilities

• To conduct inspection/ troubleshoot on machine engine and mechanical/electrical
• components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to machines functionality and longevity.
• To provide schedule on future maintenance sessions and advise operator on good machine use.
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
• Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.
• To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Certification from a vocational school are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical and electronic components of machinery.
• Working knowledge of machine diagnostic systems and methods.
• Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift).
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
• Willing and Initiative to learn.
• Excellent physical condition
