Responsibilities
- To conduct inspection/ troubleshoot on machine engine and mechanical/electrical
- components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to machines functionality and longevity.
- To provide schedule on future maintenance sessions and advise operator on good machine use.
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.
- To take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Certification from a vocational school are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical and electronic components of machinery.
- Working knowledge of machine diagnostic systems and methods.
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift).
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Willing and Initiative to learn.
- Excellent physical condition
