Responsibilities

• To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works for building facilities, utility and plant machinery equipment.
• Ensure all the available equipment in good running condition.
• Capable to do on-site repair & welding work.
• Knowledge in minor fabrication & in-house modification work.
• To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works for facilities utility equipment.
• Responsible and attend any facility equipment breakdown, resolve the issue soonest possible and report to superior.
• To upkeep and maintain all facility equipment
• To be fully proactive & aware of occupational health and safety standards at workplace, ensure full compliance and also safeguarding oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.
• To attend to any equipment breakdown as soon as possible during operation run.
• Attend trainings / courses provided by management for to enhance knowledge in related field.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Engineering / Mechanical or equivalent and with minimum of 1year experience in related field.
• Basic technical knowledge of machine maintenance and repairing machine.
• Knowledge on electrical & electronic, motor & pump maintenance and having chargeman certification will be an advantage.
• Experience in firefighting system is an added advantage.
• Prior experience within the environment of commercial & manufacturing building with good knowledge & experience with plumbing and electrical system would be an added advantage. 
• Candidate able to work at Bertam, Kepala Batas.
