Responsibilities

• Oversee schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all equipment, components, and installations.
• Design, install, troubleshoot, repair, and/or maintain equipment.
• Oversee and ensure that the equipment is in good working order to prevent disruption of activities.
• Analyze production and material metrics to benchmark and communicate needs.
• Review processes and suggest improvements and experiments for productivity.
• Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the equipment department.
• Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s equipment.
• Take steps to prevent catastrophic failure/incident by making appropriate recommendations to management.
• Purchase components or oversee the staff charged with the responsibility.
• Take charge in finding areas for projects improvements.
• Oversee and coordinate new machine installation
• Conduct manufacturing failure analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electric and Electronic with 1-2 years related working experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and interpersonal.
