Responsibilities

• Familiar with components of CNC lathe and maintenance requirements
• Well-versed with PLC programming
• Troubleshoot minor equipment breakdown and perform repair works, prior to handover to production department
• Liaise with China supplier representative regarding preventive, scheduled, and ad-hoc maintenance of machine
• Compile and monitor list of maintenance items and spare parts to be kept
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus
