Responsibilities

• Undergo 6 months training at Shenzhen China headquarters
• To lead a group of production operator
• To support troubleshooting effort for ensure smooth operation
• Work closely with other departments to assist and aid in the manufacturing of the product during the build cycle
• Manage process compliance to industry standards, SOP and work instruction
• Support production and quality team for process related customer inquiries and escalations
• Ad-hoc task assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree of Science / Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills : MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
• Able to work with minimal supervision, guidance and direction
• Required language : Mandarin (compulsory), English, Malay
