Responsibilities

• Ability to Operate CNC Milling Machine (3 axis, 4 axis, 5 axis)
• Knowledge on machine set up, Test cut and G & M Code
• Knowledge on Basic CAM Software
• Knowledge on how to troubleshoot & solving problem if needed
• Inspect and Measure parts to maintain our Specification
• Perform side operation as required (e.g, deburring) while CNC is running
• Maintain on 5S clean work Area and Machine

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary / SPM holder or minimum 3-year experience in manufacturing sector
• Able to read engineering drawings and instructions
• Able to properly use measurement metrologies to verify mechanical dimensions
• Able to read engineering drawings and instructions
• Work under rotating shifts
• Complete and deliver tasks given under tight schedule
