Responsibilities
- Student Recruitment, Outreach and Promotion
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to engage prospective students through diverse channels, including education fairs, school visits, community events, and online platforms.
- Lead recruitment events and activities such as open days, workshops, and information days to showcase PSDC's offerings and foster a positive image of the institution.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to craft compelling promotional materials and marketing campaigns tailored to target demographics.
- Student Alumni Relations
- Engaging with former students to maintain relationship, organise knowledge sharing session with students by leveraging on their expertise and networks.
- Create content on alumni relations activity in the form of articles, notices and other copy for social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) and other student notices and publications.
- Partnerships with schools, educators and community
- Data Management and Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and interactions with prospective students using a comprehensive database system.
- Maintain records of alumni activities and interactions with alumni using alumni management system.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and recommend enhancements to drive student enrollment.
- Miscellaneous
- Any other areas of coordination and assistance whether by own initiative or directive for the purpose of providing conducive training environment by improving the technology and information support capability of PSDC and meeting internal and external customer requirements.
- Undertake additional responsibilities where and when deemed appropriate by the management or direct report.
- Take on any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
