INTRODUCTION

Golongan Pekerja dan Future Workers (GPFW) program is aimed at equipping fresh graduates with the right skills and competencies to increase their employability. Selected graduates will be trained at the PSDC for first 3 months before undergoing industrial training at reputable companies for another 3 months. Such arrangement creates a win-win situation where companies can increase their productivity while graduates can gain more work experience.

  • A 6-month skills specialisation program
  • Open to unemployed graduates (Diploma or Degree)
  • Opportunity to obtain international certification (CQE)

  • Cycle Time Management
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • GD&T: Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
  • TRIZ: Theory of Inventive Problem Solving
  • Basic Soldering
  • Basic Transistor 1 & 2
  • Digital Signal Process

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

- Malaysian below 35 years old
- No Permanent Employment 
- Diploma/Degree holder in:
• Electrical & Electronics
• Mechatronics
• Mechanical Engineering
  or related Engineering field
